This course prepares participants to obtain the Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) and Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate (AZ-800 and AZ-801) certifications. The program is designed for IT professionals who manage Windows Server environments and wish to expand their knowledge in Microsoft Azure for hybrid and cloud environments. Following the practical Learning Method methodology, students will apply the knowledge acquired in real environments through laboratories, simulations and projects that emulate business situations. Participants will learn to:

• Manage Azure Subscriptions, Accounts and Policies
• Implement virtual networks and safety solutions
• Manage virtual machines and hybrid solutions with Windows Server
• Implement high availability and disaster recovery strategies
• Manage identities with Azure Active Directory and hybrid services
• Configure infrastructure in Windows Server and in the Azure cloud
• The course includes access to the Microsoft Azure platform, allowing participants to develop practical experience in the management and administration of cloud environments

At the end of the course, students can:

• Manage identities and access in Azure, including Azure AD, users and groups
• Manage subscriptions and accounts, applying roles -based access and access control policies (RBAC)
• Use Azure administration tools, such as Azure Portal, Powershell, Cli and Resource Manager
• Configure virtual networks in Azure, including subnetting, IP addressing and Azure Firewall
• Implement connectivity between sites, using VNET Peering, Virtual Network Gateways and VPN connections
• Manage cloud storage, including Azure Blob Storage, Azure Files and file synchronization
• Configure and manage virtual Azure machines, optimizing availability and scalability
• Manage Serverless environments, including Azure App Service, Containers and Kubernetes
• Supervise and optimize Azure infrastructure, using Azure Monitor and log analytics
• Manage Windows Server in hybrid environments, applying tools such as Windows Admin Center and Powershell
• Configure identity services in Windows Server, managing Active Directory and Group Policies
• Apply hybrid security strategies, integrating Azure Security Center and Azure Sentinel
• Configure high availability and disaster recovery solutions in Windows Server and Azure
• Prepare for certification exams:
• AZ-104: Azure Administrator Associate
• AZ-800: Administering Windows Server Hybrid Core Infrastructure
• AZ-801: Configuring Windows Server Hybrid Advanced Services
• Practical approach: Students will carry out laboratories and projects based on real scenarios to strengthen their learning and guarantee their preparation for the labor market and certification

To register in this course, participants must have:

• Experience in Windows Server administration, including Active Directory (AD DS), DNS, DFS, Hyper-V and storage services
• Basic knowledge of networks, such as IP addressing, name resolution and DHCP
• Familiarity with Microsoft Hyper-V and server virtualization
• Basic experience in implementation and administration of IAAS services in Azure
• Basic knowledge of Azure Active Directory and identities management
• Windows Powershell experience

Learning Methodology

The learning methodology, regardless of the modality (in-person or remote), is based on the development of workshops or labs that lead to the construction of a project, emulating real activities in a company.

The instructor (live), a professional with extensive experience in work environments related to the topics covered, acts as a workshop leader, guiding students' practice through knowledge transfer processes, applying the concepts of the proposed syllabus to the project.

The methodology seeks that the student does not memorize, but rather understands the concepts and how they are applied in a work environment.

As a result of this work, at the end of the training the student will have gained real experience, will be prepared for work and to pass an interview, a technical test, and/or achieve higher scores on international certification exams.
