  • Automatización de casos: Assignment, Escalation, auto-respuesta, Email-to-Case/Web-to-Case.

  • Uso de Service Console y herramientas de soporte

  • Configuración de aplicaciones, acciones rápidas, botones personalizados

  • Diseño de reportes: tabulares, sumario, matrix, joined.

  • Creación de dashboards, filtros, fórmulas, bucket fields y limitaciones de datos

  • Herramientas: Data Loader, Import Wizard.

  • Validación de datos, eliminación masiva, backups

  • Modelos de acceso: Organization-Wide Defaults, Roles, Sharing Rules.

  • Conjuntos de permisos, registros etiquetados y visibilidad de campos.

The Salesforce Administrator course is aimed at professionals who seek to specialize in the effective Salesforce platform administration. Through the practical Learning Method methodology, participants will develop practical skills, through work in real or simulated scenarios that include workshops, interactive laboratories and business projects. This approach facilitates the immediate and effective implementation of the concepts learned, thus optimizing commercial and operational processes in corporate environments based on Salesforce.

At the end of the course, participants will be able to:

  • Manage users, security and permits within the Salesforce platform
  • Create, configure and manage custom objects, reports and dashboards adapted to business needs
  • Optimize business processes through automation and personalized flows in Salesforce
  • Implement best practices to maintain and improve the quality of data in Salesforce
  • Prepare properly to present and approve the Salesforce Administrator Certification international exam

Attendees must strictly comply with the following specific requirements:

  • Professional Title in Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, or Related Areas
  • Minimum work experience of 1 year in commercial management, sales, CRM administration or related systems
  • Basic knowledge in database management or previous use of Salesforce (desirable but not mandatory)

The learning methodology, regardless of the modality (in-person or remote), is based on the development of workshops or labs that lead to the construction of a project, emulating real activities in a company.

The instructor (live), a professional with extensive experience in work environments related to the topics covered, acts as a workshop leader, guiding students' practice through knowledge transfer processes, applying the concepts of the proposed syllabus to the project.

The methodology seeks that the student does not memorize, but rather understands the concepts and how they are applied in a work environment.

As a result of this work, at the end of the training the student will have gained real experience, will be prepared for work and to pass an interview, a technical test, and/or achieve higher scores on international certification exams.
