The Mongodb DBA Associate course is designed to train database administrators in the installation, configuration, optimization and administration of Mongodb, one of the most used NOSQL databases in the world. The training is aligned with the Mongodb Certified DBA Associate (C100DBA) certification.

Following the practical Learning Method approach, participants will develop practical skills through laboratories and real scenarios of database administration. Production environments will be simulated where students will manage clusters, optimize consultations and apply security strategies for business environments.

The course provides access to tools such as Mongodb Atlas and Compass, addressing key issues such as replication, sharding, indexes and problems diagnosis. At the end, participants will be prepared to perform DBA roles in Mongodb and approve the international certification exam.

At the end of the course, participants will be able to:

• • Install and configure Mongodb in different environments, including local and cloud servers
• • Use Mongodb Compass and Mongodb Atlas for the management and visualization of databases
• • Understand and apply the MongodB document model, designing efficient schemes
• • Administer and optimize databases through advanced indexes and strategies for consultations
• • Configure Replication and Sharding to improve Mongodb's availability and scalability
• • Implement safety measures in Mongodb, including authentication, encryption and audit
• • Diagnose and solve common problems in Mongodb databases in production environments
• Prepare for the Mongodb Certified DBA Associate International Certification, ensuring a deep knowledge of the platform

Courses

1. SQL DATABASES INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATION Fundamental

To participate in this training, attendees must meet the following requirements:

• • Basic knowledge in relational databases or NOSQL
• • Familiarity with command line commands (CLI) in operating systems such as Linux or Windows
• • Basic concepts of networks and computer security
• • Minimum 6 -month experience in database administration or related technical support
• • These requirements ensure that participants can make the most of practical exercises and simulation environments proposed during training

Learning Methodology

The learning methodology, regardless of the modality (in-person or remote), is based on the development of workshops or labs that lead to the construction of a project, emulating real activities in a company.

The instructor (live), a professional with extensive experience in work environments related to the topics covered, acts as a workshop leader, guiding students' practice through knowledge transfer processes, applying the concepts of the proposed syllabus to the project.

The methodology seeks that the student does not memorize, but rather understands the concepts and how they are applied in a work environment.

As a result of this work, at the end of the training the student will have gained real experience, will be prepared for work and to pass an interview, a technical test, and/or achieve higher scores on international certification exams.
