Analiza patrones de acceso y estructura de datos en S3, Redshift, DynamoDB, HDFS/EMR, optimizando formatos (Parquet, ORC) y preferencias de almacenamiento para distintas cargas de trabajo.

Selecciona y diseña arquitecturas de procesamiento con EMR (Spark/Hadoop), Glue, Lambda y Redshift Spectrum, evaluando operaciones por lotes y en tiempo real.

Determina herramientas de análisis: EMR, Athena, Redshift, Machine Learning integrada. Diseña soluciones analíticas optimizadas para latencia, rendimiento y costo.

Diseña y desarrolla dashboards y reportes usando QuickSight, Jupyter, redshift-clients, optimizando rendimiento, escalabilidad y experiencia de usuario

Implementa cifrado (KMS, SSE, SSE‑KMS), políticas de acceso (IAM, Lake Formation), auditoría (CloudTrail), integridad y cumplimiento normativo (GDPR/HIPAA)

Integra los componentes anteriores en una arquitectura completa: ingestión → almacenamiento → procesamiento → análisis → visualización, con monitoreo y escalabilidad.

Estudia escenarios reales como pipelines IoT, clickstream, ETL masivos con EMR y optimización de consultas/distribución de datos.

Hands-on con despliegue de arquitecturas Big Data en AWS: Kinesis → S3 → EMR/Glue → Redshift → QuickSight, controlando métricas de rendimiento y costo.

Ejercicios tipo exam, preguntas multi‑respuesta y análisis de casos. Estrategias para interpretación y manejo del tiempo.

Revisión de whitepapers oficiales (Big Data Analytics Options on AWS, Data Lakes, seguridad), recursos clave, plan de estudio personalizado y checklist previo al examen.

Advanced certification for professionals who design and operate Big Data architectures on AWS. Validates skills in large-scale data collection, ingestion, storage, processing, analysis, visualization, and security.

At the end of the course, participants will be able to:

  • Design scalable ingestion pipelines and architectures
  • Select storage solutions based on requirements

  • Perform data analysis and modeling with EMR, Redshift, and Athena

The learning methodology, regardless of the modality (in-person or remote), is based on the development of workshops or labs that lead to the construction of a project, emulating real activities in a company.

The instructor (live), a professional with extensive experience in work environments related to the topics covered, acts as a workshop leader, guiding students' practice through knowledge transfer processes, applying the concepts of the proposed syllabus to the project.

The methodology seeks that the student does not memorize, but rather understands the concepts and how they are applied in a work environment.
