Professional Salesforce Administrator Course

The Salesforce Administrator course is aimed at professionals who seek to specialize in the effective Salesforce platform administration. Through the practical Learning Method methodology, participants will develop practical skills, through work in real or simulated scenarios that include workshops, interactive laboratories and business projects. Attendees must strictly comply with the following specific requirements:

• Professional Title in Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, or Related Areas
• Minimum work experience of 1 year in commercial management, sales, CRM administration or related systems
• Basic knowledge in database management or previous use of Salesforce (desirable but not mandatory)

Learning Methodology
