The Salesforce Administrator course is aimed at professionals who seek to specialize in the effective Salesforce platform administration.   • Sales flow: paths, Kanban, forecasts, Einstein Lead/Opportunity Scoring

  • Case Automation: Assignment, Escalation, auto-response, Email-to-Case/Web-to-Case.

  • Use of Service Console and support tools

  • Activity Management (Tasks/Events, Calendars).

  • Use of Chatter, Salesforce AppExchange, mobile

  • Creation and customization of Lightning pages.

  • Configuration of applications, quick actions, custom buttons

  • Report design: tabular, summary, matrix, joined.

  • Creation of dashboards, filters, formulas, bucket fields, and data limitations.

  • Tools: Data Loader, Import Wizard.
