The SCRUM International Certification Course is designed to provide a deep understanding of the Agile Scrum methodology, including its principles, roles, artifacts and key events.

This program prepares participants to obtain the following international certifications:

Scrum Foundation (SFCP)

During training, students will learn how to implement scrum in real work teams, lead agile projects and improve organizational efficiency.

Under the practical Learning Method approach, participants will work on laboratories, practical workshops and/or real projects, ensuring the effective application of knowledge acquired in business environments.

At the end of the course, participants will be able to:

  • Understand the Scrum principles and values, applying them in agile project management
  • Understand the Scrum Guide, including the fundamental pillars of transparency, inspection and adaptation
  • Differentiate the roles within Scrum, understanding the responsibilities of the Master, Product Owner and Development Team
  • Apply the planning and execution of SCRUM projects, using the product backlog, sprint backlog and increase
  • Facilitate Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Sprint retrospective
  • Implement agile estimation and planning techniques, such as Planning Poker and Time-Boxing

To participate in this training, attendees must meet the following requirements:

Scrum Foundation (Basic)

This is the entry level, so you do not need previous experience in Scrum. However, it is advisable to have basic knowledge in:

General concepts of agile methodologies

• Difference between agile and traditional methods (Waterfall vs. Agile).

• Principles of the agile manifest.

Scrum Master

This course prepares you to lead agile equipment by applying Scrum.

Recommended prerequisites:

  • Basic SCRUM Knowledge
  • Experience in teamwork and conflict resolution

Scrum Developer

This course is for software developers working in agile teams.

Recommended prerequisites:

  • Knowledge in software developing (minimum basic-intermedium level in programming)
  • Familiarity with version control (git, github, gitlab)
  • Understand software test concepts (agile testing, TDD, BDD)

Recommendation: If you already have experience in project management or digital products, you can take it directly.

These requirements ensure that participants can focus on the practical application of the Scrum frame without initial technical difficulties.

Learning Methodology

The learning methodology, regardless of the modality (in-person or remote), is based on the development of workshops or labs that lead to the construction of a project, emulating real activities in a company.

The instructor (live), a professional with extensive experience in work environments related to the topics covered, acts as a workshop leader, guiding students' practice through knowledge transfer processes, applying the concepts of the proposed syllabus to the project.

The methodology seeks that the student does not memorize, but rather understands the concepts and how they are applied in a work environment.
