The AWS Certified Cloud course is designed to provide fundamental knowledge about cloud computing with AWS, preparing participants for AWS certified certification Cloud Practitioner (Clf-C02).

Following the practical Learning Method methodology, students will apply the knowledge acquired through practical exercises, laboratories and simulated projects that emulate real situations in companies.

During the course, participants will learn to:

Understand the basic principles of AWS cloud.

Identify AWS's global infrastructure and its main services.

Apply security and compliance measures in cloud environments.

Configure and manage storage services, databases and networks in AWS.

Participants will have access to practical laboratories on the AWS Academy platform, ensuring applied learning and preparation for the certification exam.

At the end of the course, students can:

  • define the AWS cloud and its impact on business
  • Explain AWS prices and cost philosophy, including billing models
  • Identify AWS's global infrastructure, its regions, availability areas and key services
  • Apply security and cloud compliance measures, using AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM)
  • Configure and manage network services in AWS, including Amazon VPC, Route 53 and Cloudfront
  • Optimize the use of resources in AWS, using tools such as AWS Auto Scaling and Amazon Cloudwatch
  • Implement and manage storage services, including Amazon S3, Amazon EBS and Amazon EFS
  • Administer databases on AWS, including Amazon, RDS, Dynamodb, Redshift and Aurora
  • Design cloud architectures under the principles of Aws Well-Architected Framework
  • Prepare for certification;
  • Practical approach: students will apply each concept through laboratories and exercises based on real scenarios, guaranteeing their preparation for work environments and the certification exam

  • Basic technical knowledge in information technologies
  • Familiarity with general cloud computing concepts
  • It is not necessary to have previous experience in AWS, but it is advisable to have general knowledge of IT to facilitate the understanding of the content

Learning Methodology

The learning methodology, regardless of the modality (in-person or remote), is based on the development of workshops or labs that lead to the construction of a project, emulating real activities in a company.

The instructor (live), a professional with extensive experience in work environments related to the topics covered, acts as a workshop leader, guiding students' practice through knowledge transfer processes, applying the concepts of the proposed syllabus to the project.

The methodology seeks that the student does not memorize, but rather understands the concepts and how they are applied in a work environment.

As a result of this work, at the end of the training the student will have gained real experience, will be prepared for work and to pass an interview, a technical test, and/or achieve higher scores on international certification exams.
