The learning methodology, regardless of the modality (in-person or remote), is based on the development of workshops or labs that lead to the construction of a project, emulating real activities in a company.

The instructor (live), a professional with extensive experience in work environments related to the topics covered, acts as a workshop leader, guiding students' practice through knowledge transfer processes, applying the concepts of the proposed syllabus to the project.

The methodology seeks that the student does not memorize, but rather understands the concepts and how they are applied in a work environment.

As a result of this work, at the end of the training the student will have gained real experience, will be prepared for work and to pass an interview, a technical test, and/or achieve higher scores on international certification exams.

Module 1: Automation of the SDLC

Introduction to CI/CD with AWS CodeCommit, CodeBuild, CodePipeline, and CodeDeploy. Integration of tests (unit, integration, security). Secure management of artifacts and secrets (CodeArtifact, ECR, Secrets Manager, Parameter Store). Deployment strategies: blue/green, canary, rolling

Use of IaC with CloudFormation, AWS SAM, and CDK. Management of configurations with Systems Manager and OpsWorks. Implementation of multi-region/environment accounts with StackSets. Principles of automated governance.

Design of fault-tolerant architectures: multi-AZ VPC, backups, auto-recovery. Management of scalability, caching, Elastic Beanstalk, and containers (ECS/EKS). Implementation of disaster recovery.

Implementation of metrics and traceability using CloudWatch, X‑Ray, and Logs Insights. Centralization with EventBridge and SNS. Log analysis, alarms, and generation of key performance indicators.

Design of automated response workflows with Lambda, SSM Automation, and Systems Manager. Proactive failure diagnosis. Implementation of automatic scalability and recovery patterns.

Application of least privilege IAM controls, SSE/KMS encryption, SCP policies. Auditing with CloudTrail, Config, GuardDuty, Inspector, Macie. Regulatory compliance automation

Design and implementation of reusable modular stacks. Introduction to nested stacks and infrastructure patterns with CDK CloudFormation.

Deployment of microservices using ECS, EKS, Lambda integrated with CI/CD. Blue/green in containers and security review.

Use of AWS CLI, SDK, and scripts for automation. Automation of patches, compliance, AMIs with EC2 Image Builder. Automated auditing with Config and Systems Manager.

Complete implementation from source code to deployment and monitoring in production. Incident simulation (failures, scalability, security). Real debugging.

Practice exams in DOP-C02 style. Review of whitepapers: CI/CD, microservices, recovery, security. Time management techniques and active reading strategies to pass the exam.
