The VOIP Asterisk Issabel Icae Advanced Engineer course is designed to provide advanced training in the administration, configuration and optimization of IP telephone systems based on Asterisk and Issabel.

This program prepares participants to obtain international certification:

ISSABEL CERTIFIED ADVANCED ENGINER (ICAE).

Students will learn to make advanced IP telephony settings, integrate ISSABEL with other systems, implement IVRS with databases and apply advanced safety and optimization measures.

Under the practical Learning Method approach, participants will work on laboratories, practical workshops and/or real projects, ensuring the effective application of knowledge acquired in business environments.

At the end of the course, participants will be able to:

• • Configure advanced functionalities in ISSABEL, optimizing your performance and scalability
• • Create advanced IVRS with database consultations, allowing dynamic interactions with users
• • Extend Issabel's functionality, integrating it with videoconferences, instant messaging and email systems
• • Implement advanced security in VOIP, protecting external attack systems
• • Optimize voice quality and network traffic in VOIP systems
• Manage and manage call centers with ISSABEL, including advanced reports and agents management
• Obtain the Issabel Certified Advanced Engineer (Icae) international certification

Courses

1. VoIP Asterisk and Issabel Ica International Certification

To participate in this training, attendees must meet the following requirements:

• • Cover 100% of the agenda corresponding to the VoIP Asterisk and Issabel Ica course
• • Cover the first level of Linux LPI, LPIC-1 Linux Administrator
• This requirement guarantees that participants have the theoretical and practical basis necessary to focus on advanced configurations and the integration of ISSABEL into productive environments

Learning Methodology

The learning methodology, regardless of the modality (in-person or remote), is based on the development of workshops or labs that lead to the construction of a project, emulating real activities in a company.

The instructor (live), a professional with extensive experience in work environments related to the topics covered, acts as a workshop leader, guiding students' practice through knowledge transfer processes, applying the concepts of the proposed syllabus to the project.

The methodology seeks that the student does not memorize, but rather understands the concepts and how they are applied in a work environment.

As a result of this work, at the end of the training the student will have gained real experience, will be prepared for work and to pass an interview, a technical test, and/or achieve higher scores on international certification exams.
